Confidence with Distance - Scurry Dog Workshop
Our Scurry Dog Workshops are designed to help handlers and dogs dive deeper into specific Scurry Dog skills, games, and concepts in a fun, supportive, and practical learning environment. Whether you are new to the Games or already progressing through your Scurry Dog journey, these workshops provide an opportunity to build skills, improve teamwork, and develop a more thoughtful, engaged dog both on and off the Scurry Dog field.
Unlike regular classes, workshops focus on a single topic or area in greater depth. Topics may include individual Scurry Dog Games, retrieves, directional skills, distance handling, steadiness, scenting and hunting behaviours, arousal regulation, motivation, problem solving, or the foundation skills that support successful Scurry Dog work. Workshops may also explore how Scurry Dog can help improve real-life skills for pet dogs, sporting dogs, and “spicy” dogs.
