Service Description
AHBT SCURRY CLUB – LEVEL 1 PROGRESSION CLASSES Drop-In Training | Flexible Focus | Small Groups ------------------------------------------- Level 1 Progression classes are designed for dogs and handlers who have completed *Scurry Dog Foundations* (or have equivalent skills) and are ready to continue developing their training. These sessions run on a flexible, *drop-in basis*, allowing you to train consistently without committing to a fixed multi-week curriculum. ------------------------------------------- FLEXIBLE CLASS FORMAT Unlike Foundations, Level 1 Progression has no set weekly curriculum. Each class may feature: • A specific Scurry Dog game focus • Skill-building workshops • Themed sessions (Easter, challenges, special events) • Your Choice - where you can work on the skills and games most relevant to your dog This structure keeps training varied, engaging, and tailored to individual goals. ------------------------------------------- MORE THAN A SPORT CLASS While these sessions support teams progressing through Scurry Dog levels and trials, they are not only for sport-focused handlers. These classes are equally suitable for: • Owners wanting to level up their dog’s training • Dogs who benefit from structured mental enrichment • Teams building focus, confidence, and regulation • Anyone who enjoys game-based learning The skills developed carry directly into everyday life. ------------------------------------------- TRAINING FOCUS Depending on the session, we may work on: ✔Skill refinement ✔ Distance, directionals and send work ✔ Retrieves ✔ Scent and search based challenges ✔ Impulse control & emotional regulation ✔ Confidence and problem-solving ✔ Everyday / Life Skills from ------------------------------------------- BOOKING & PRICING Classes are booked via pre-purchased packs: • 5 Class Pack – $325 Valid for 8 weeks • 10 Class Pack – $600 Valid for 16 weeks Additional weekly sessions will be added as current classes begin to book out, giving you multiple training options each week. Additionally you will be able to use your class packs to attend our 'Out and About' Classes. ------------------------------------------- CLASS DETAILS Location: Tamborine (Out and About Sessions will occur in surrounding suburbs) • Duration: 1 hour • Group size: 6 dogs max • Prerequisite: Foundations or trainer approval 👉 Spots must be booked in advance

If you cannot make a service you have booked you should notify us in writing as soon as possible on hello@animalhausbehaviour.com.au Cancellation: • More than 48 hours notice - you will receive a refund minus $70 administration fees unless a replacement attendee can be found. • Less than 48 hours - no refund is available unless the place in class/workshop can be filled by another paying attendee. If no replacement attendee can be found then your full fees will be non-refundable. Rescheduling / Transfers: Rescheduling or transferring into another service is dependent on available services and entirely at our discretion. Transfers are not available less than 72 hours before the commencement of your service. Reactive Dogs: Please note that unless otherwise stated in the service information, Scurry Dog classes and workshops are group sessions. This means that other dogs will be visible throughout the session. If your dog is anxious / nervous or reactive to other dogs or people this may not be suitable for them. Please contact us to discuss alternatives though has we love working with Spicy Dogs and will happily help you find an alternative option! hello@animalhausbehaviour.com.au Dogs + Handlers: Each dog attending will need their own individual handler. One person cannot bring along two dogs. By registering for our event you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of business including our Indemnity waiver.
